1. Digital Products
Digital products may include Excel templates, Google Sheets templates, downloadable files, spreadsheets, guides, resources or other digital materials.
Once a digital product is delivered, downloaded, accessed or made available to the buyer, it is generally non-refundable because digital files cannot be returned.
2. Refunds for Digital Products
A refund may be considered only in these cases:
- The purchased file is not accessible due to a technical issue from our side.
- The wrong file was delivered by mistake.
- The product description was significantly different from the delivered file.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same product.
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
3. Services
Services may include custom Excel work, Google Sheets work, dashboard creation, automation, data cleaning, digital setup or other manual work requested by the user.
If work has not started yet, you may request cancellation. If work has already started, a full refund may not be possible.
4. Service Refund Conditions
Refunds for services depend on project status:
- Before work starts: Full or partial refund may be possible.
- After work starts: Refund depends on completed work and time spent.
- After delivery: Refund is generally not available, but reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed scope.
5. Live Sessions
Live sessions may include training, workshops, online classes or skill-based learning sessions.
If you cannot attend a live session, please contact us before the session starts. Refund or rescheduling may depend on the session type and availability.
6. Live Session Refund Conditions
- If the session is cancelled by Viznova, users may receive a refund or rescheduling option.
- If the user misses the session, refund may not be available.
- If recording or learning material is provided, refund may not be applicable after access is given.
- Refund requests should be made before the session begins wherever possible.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make duplicate payment for the same product, service or session, contact us with payment proof. After verification, duplicate payment may be refunded.
8. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway fee, transaction charge or bank charge may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
9. How to Request a Refund

- Email used during purchase
- Order/payment details
- Product, service or session name
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot or proof of payment if required
10. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the payment method, payment gateway, bank or provider.
11. Revisions Instead of Refund
For custom services, if the delivered work needs minor changes within the agreed scope, we may provide revisions instead of refund.
Extra work, new requirements or changes outside the original scope may require additional payment.
12. No Refund for Misuse
Refunds will not be provided in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing, false claims, violation of terms, or after digital access has been used inappropriately.
